About orders:

Clear two-way communication is critical for the development of successful relationships with our customers. Pethealth recognizes that, as the wholesaler, we are an important source of information and our aim is to communicate with you as clearly as possible.
Pethealth’s objective is to make it as simple as possible for customers to place orders with us.
Audio and fax orders are processed by our Pethealth Assistline, a team of dedicated, multi-skilled operators ready to assist practices with every aspect of our service. The Assistline is open for your convenience from 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The team is extensively trained in the use of our fully integrated business system, which allows them to deal with customer queries immediately.


About shipping:

All orders will be shipped by ACS (international) and EXYP Transportations(for Greece only).


About delivering time:

All orders are processed on same business day of order receipt, and are shipped within 24 hours, but mostly the same day. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays and weekends.
If the customer locates in Athens, our employees deliver the order themselves, the same day of order receipt, or the day after, from 9.00 a.m. till 9.00 p.m.


About shipping costs:

All orders to Athens And Thessaloniki are free of shipping costs Shipping costs for other locations in Greece or internationally vary, depending on the size and the weight of the package(s). We do try to mark packages as low value in order to minimize the cost.
Please inspect the package on receipt before signing for it. If the package itself appears damaged but the merchandise itself is probably not affected, note the damage on the delivery receipt. If you believe that the merchandise inside may be damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us via telephone or email.
